Windows : choose a custom folder for Leviia application synchronization (Advanced mode)

By default, when the Leviia application performs a synchronization, it creates a Leviia directory at the root of the user directory. (C:\Usersyour_usernameLeviia)

It is entirely possible to choose the local folder in which to synchronize.

Caution: you can use an external disk, but it must remain plugged in while the application is active.

  1. To do this, right-click on the Leviia icon in the bottom right-hand corner of the taskbar and click on Settings.

  1. Click on General in the top right-hand corner of the window :

  1. Check Advanced Folder Sync :

  1. Then click on the icon with your name at top left and click on Add Folder Sync Connection :

  1. You now have the option of entering the folder path directly, or clicking on Choose :

Please note: it is very important to choose a completely empty folder, otherwise synchronization errors may occur.

  1. Once you've made your selection, click on Select Folder :

  1. Click on Next.

Synchronization is in progress.

  1. Once synchronization is complete, it's time to understand how synchronization status works
