Windows - connect the Leviia application

  1. First, you need to install the Windows application by clicking on this link.

  1. Click on Next by leaving the proposed address, unless you have a Leviia Next instance, enter the address of your instance

  1. A page on your browser will open. Click on Log in then on Grant access.

  1. Once the account is connected, the tab can be closed, return to the Leviia app open in the background.

  1. The application then offers you to start a synchronization, click Connect to create synchronization with the default settings.

The location of the local sync folder is, by default, : C:\Users\<name_windows account>\Leviia.

If you want to change it, just click on Choose different folder

Choose between these 3 options :

Synchronize everything from server : Downloads all files and folders from the server to your computer. Everything is available locally.

Choose what to sync : Allows you to manually choose the folders to download to your computer. Only the selected items will be synchronized locally.

Use virtual files instead of downloading content immediately : Displays all files in the file explorer, but they are only downloaded at the time of opening.

This saves disk space. It is then possible to select certain folders so that they are always available locally if necessary (see Understanding the synchronization status)

The synchronization was successfully created.

Once the application is configured with your account, you find in your file explorer a quick access called "Leviia", on the left pane :
