Sharing a calendar with a user
You can share your agenda with other users of your PRO instance.
Click on the edit icon of the schedule you wish to share.
In the "Edit calendar" window, enter the name of the user you wish to share your calendar with, in the "Share with users or groups" field.
Once you've entered your username, select the account that appears in the search results. You can grant access to your schedule by checking the "May modify" option, then click on "Save".
To stop sharing your agenda, simply click on the delete icon to the right of the user's name, then save the modification.
Your calendar is now visible from the added user's calendar.
