Delete or deactivate a user

  1. From your professional space, click on the "My account" icon (the first letter of your account name in the top right-hand corner), then click on "Users".


  2. Then click on the "..." icon (at the end of the line).


  3. Select the action of your choice.



    Delete user : deletes the user from the professional instance.
    Delete all devices : deletes the user's data.
    Deactivate user : simply deactivates the user and the catalog in the "Deactivated users" tab.
    Resend welcome e-mail : resends the e-mail to reset your user's password.
