Activate double authentication on your PRO account
This documentation concerns accounts created on a PRO instance. You must first install a dual authentication application such as 2FA Authentificator.
Go to Settings by clicking on your profile in the top right-hand corner of the screen.
Then go to the Security tab, visible in the left-hand panel.
Check the "Enable one-time passwords (TOTP)" box.
From your phone, open an application such as 2FA Authentificator.
Launch a scan by clicking on the "+" button in the top right-hand corner, then selecting the "Scan QR Code" option. Then scan the QR Code that appears in your instance window.
A code will appear on your phone, you have added a new entry on the 2FA application.
Enter this code on your instance window and click on "Verify". In our example, the code is 032 111, but it will be different in your instance.
The check mark indicates that double authentication has been activated.
Now, when you log in, you'll be asked to retrieve an authentication code from the 2FA application.
You have activated double authentication on your account. It is not possible to impose double authentication on other accounts in your instance, so each user will have to activate this option by following this documentation.
