Share files by e-mail

You can share documents or folders with other people by e-mail.

To do so, click on the "Share" icon to the right of the folder or file you wish to share.

Enter the e-mail address of the person to whom you wish to send the link. Your contact will receive an automatic e-mail inviting him/her to view the file/document.

Modify the share properties by clicking on "...".

Read-only : makes the file read-only to the person benefiting from sharing.
Allow adding and modifying : allows the person receiving the link to view/download/add/delete documents in the folder.
File upload (send only) : allows the person receiving the link not to view the contents of the folder, only to be able to add content to it.
Customize permissions : allows you to fine-tune the rights given to the above options (read-only, authorize addition and modification, file deposit).
Hide download : removes the "Download" button for the recipient of your link.
Password protect : allows you to set a password for the link.
Set expiration date : automatically deletes the link on a set date.
Note to recipient : adds a note to the recipient.
No longer share : deletes the share.

Once sharing has been configured, an e-mail is sent automatically, enabling the person to access the shared documents.
