Empty your browser's cache

In the event of display problems, it's a good idea to empty your browser's cache.

Symptoms indicating this are as follows (non-exhaustive list) :
- no login page
- white page on login
- grayed-out buttons
- menu not operational
- etc.

This may seem a simple operation, but it requires special attention if it is to be carried out efficiently.

Here's how to make sure the operation is working properly:

Go to the "Cache test" site: https://refreshyourcache.com/en/cache-test/

On Google Chrome :

Simultaneously press keys: CTRL + SHIFT(shift) + DEL(delete)

Check "Cached images and files" then click on "Clear data".

On Firefox :

Simultaneously press: CTRL + SHIFT(shift) + DEL(delete)

Check "Cache" then click on "Erase now".

On Edge :

Simultaneously press keys: CTRL + SHIFT(shift) + DEL(delete)

Check "Cached images and files" then click on "Delete now".

Safari :

Activate the development options in the "Advanced" menu of the browser preferences.

Click on "Empty caches" in the "Development" menu.

To ensure that the cache has been cleared, simply refresh the page (e.g. by pressing F5).

This image appears if the operation has been carried out correctly and the cache has been emptied :

If the text is still red, repeat the operation, as it has not been taken into account.

If the text is green, refresh the Leviia login page, log in again, and everything should be back to normal !
