Install and configure OnlyOffice locally for collaborative work

1. To fully benefit from collaborative work, it can be useful to install the OnlyOffice suite locally :

2. Once the installation is complete, open the application and click the “+” icon next to Clouds :

3. Then click on “Nextcloud” :

4. Enter the address of your instance instead of cloud.leviia.com, then click “Connect” :

5. On your instance’s home page, enter your credentials and click “Connect me” :

You are now connecting to your Leviia workspace :

6. You can now work on documents simultaneously with other users of your instance.

When another user is editing the same document, a tooltip will appear displaying their name :
