Show user availability in the calendar

On your instance, it is possible to view a user’s availability when adding them as a participant to an event.


  1. Log in to the web interface of your instance and open the Calendar.


  1. Create a new event in your calendar, then click More details.


  1. Enter the name of a user from your instance to add them as a participant.

In this example, we are adding the account “Accountant”


  1. Click the Find a time button.


  1. A window will open showing the availability of the selected participant. You can therefore choose another time slot in case a participant is unavailable

In this example, we can see that the user “Accountant” is busy from 9:00 to 11:00, and again from 3:00 to 4:00 PM.


When logged in as the “Accountant” account, the calendar correctly displays the appointments scheduled during those time slots.
