Create an Appointment schedules (like Calendly)

The Appointment schedules feature allows you to easily share your availability and let others book a time slot without the need for back-and-forth emails.


  1. In your calendar, click the + icon next to Appointment schedules :



  1. In the Appointment Calendar Editor window, fill in the required information:



Appointment Name: Enter a clear and descriptive title. This helps invitees quickly understand the purpose of the meeting.

Location: Provide a physical address if the meeting will take place in person.

Create a Talk room: Check this option to automatically generate a video conference link that will be sent by email.

Description: Add a short description — for example, to guide participants on how to book.

Calendar: Choose which calendar the appointment will be added to (default: Personal).

Visibility: Select Private (secret link) or Public depending on your needs.

Duration: Define the typical duration of an appointment.

Increments: Specify the interval between available time slots.

Time Slots: Set the hours during which appointments can be booked.

Time before/after the event: You can add preparation or buffer time.

Minimum time before the next available slot: Define the minimum gap between two appointments (default: 5 minutes).

Max slots per day: Leave blank for unlimited.

Limit how far in the future appointments can be booked: Choose a maximum time range (default: up to 2 months in advance).


  1. Click Save to confirm your settings.


  1. You can then Preview and Copy the link to share it with your contacts:



Here’s what your contacts will see:



  1. Click the ... menu next to the calendar to: Preview, Copy link, Edit, or Delete it.
