# Share your files with your users

1. To add a user to your folders/files, first click on the "Share" icon, then enter the user's name in the search bar.

2. Once you've found your user, click on it.

3. Once the user has been added to the share, you can grant him different rights (see details below) and then click on "Save Share" :

**Allow editing** : allows the user to read/download/add/delete documents in the folder. 
**Custom Permissions** :

**Set expiration date :** allows automatic deletion of the share to a set date.
**Allow download and sync :** allows the user to download the files locally and synchronize the folder with Leviia application
**Note to recipient :** adds a note to the recipient.
**Create :** allows the user to add content.
**Edit :** allows the user to edit content.
**Share :** allows the user to share content.
**Delete :** allows the user to delete your files.

4. Then you can edit or delete the share by clicking on the "..." icon :
