# Modify a user account

1. From your professional space, click on the "My account" icon (the letter at the top right of your account name), then click on "Accounts".

2. Click on "Account management settings" (bottom left of your screen) then check "Show language" and "Show last login".

3. Then click on the pencil icon "🖉" to modify user.

4. You can change the data directly on the user line. Finally, click on "Validate" to save the new information.

*  **Display name :** changes the display name (the account name cannot be changed) 
* ** Password :** changes the user's password. 
* ** E-mail :** adds an e-mail address to this account. 
* ** Groups :** add a user to a group. 
* ** Group administrator for :** defines a person as administrator of a group (i.e. trusted user). 
* ** Quota :** defines storage space for a user. 
* ** Language :** defines the language of the user's account on your page.
* ** Manager :** defines the hierarchical manager of the user
