Mac : Use and install Leviia app.
Introduction.
This documentation explains how to install and use the Leviia application on Mac, as well as how synchronization works.
Prerequisites.
Have at least MacOS 12 installed.
Download the application from the following address: link.

Installation.
Open the file once it has been downloaded.

Follow the instructions in the installation wizard.




Search for Leviia among your applications to start it.

Once the Leviia app is open, it may ask for your permission to access data from other apps. You can grant this permission.
Logging into the application.
The application appears in the menu bar of the Mac, at the top right. Click on it then on Log in.
Enter the server address of your instance.
If it is a Leviia Next instance, the address to enter is that of your custom instance.

A page on your browser will open. Click on Log in then on Grant access.


The connection is made. The tab can be closed.

The Leviia app will now appear in the upper right corner of your Mac. Click on it to open it.

Your account is successfully connected and synchronization is established.

Synchronized data appears in Leviia from your Finder, in the Locations section.

If Leviia does not appear among your locations in Finder.
If Leviia does not appear in Finder, go to the Leviia application settings.

Then click Virtual File Sync and check Enable Virtual Files.

A message will warn you that a directory will be created in Locations. Click OK.

Close the Leviia Settings window and return to it. The window should now appear as shown below, with synchronization now enabled.

Allow the Leviia app to access your disk.
In general, we recommend granting disk access to the Leviia app to ensure better stability for your synchronization.
To do this, open your Mac's system settings, go to Privacy & Security, Full Disk Access, and check the Leviia app.
If the application is already checked, you can close this window.
If the application does not appear in the list, click the + button, search for Leviia among your applications, and click Open.
