# Install and configure OnlyOffice locally for collaborative work

| Installation

1. To fully benefit from collaborative work, it can be useful to install the OnlyOffice suite locally :

2. Once the installation is complete, open the application and click the **“+”** icon next to **Clouds** :

3. Then click on **“Nextcloud” **:

4. Enter the address of your instance instead of **cloud.leviia.com**, then click **“Connect”** :

5. On your instance’s home page, enter your credentials and click **“Connect me” **:

You are now connecting to your Leviia workspace :

6. You can now work on documents simultaneously with other users of your instance.
When another user is editing the same document, a tooltip will appear displaying their name :
